I like how you not only presented the information in pictures with the percentages but you also put the small explanations about accessibility and the digital divide. I think that if I knew nothing about what the digital divide or accessibility was that I would be able to easily figure it out from your picture. It might be a good idea to use a picture like this on your first page for the project, it drew my attention and kept me interested. Good job.
